



Marie biscuits cake

Ingredients
- Marie biscuits
- Coffee
- 200g sugar
- Unsalted butter
- 3 egg yolks
Preparation
1: Soften the unsalted Butter, and leave it at room temperature2: Beat the unsalted butter for 5 minutes in a food processor or with a hand mixer. Add the Sugar and beat for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the egg yolks and beat for another 5 minutes.
3: Dip the cookies in the coffee. Don't let them get too soft.
4: Place the wet cookies on a plate to form a first layer.
5: Place a thin layer of buttercream over the first layer of cookies. Then repeat, alternating cookies and cream, until you have about 6 layers.
5: Put it in your fridge
